This is a long overdue review for a good deed done by the mechanics at Franks. My husband needed to adjust the sway bar on our truck and was without out the right tool. We were already late heading out on our trip– so he drove to Frank’s to see if they had the tool and could squeeze us in. The mechanic was more than happy to help, did the adjustment right away and didn’t charge us a thing. It was a small request (maybe took 10 minutes total) but Frank’s had no obligation to say yes — but did so anyway without taking advantage of lack of planning on our part. Thanks Frank’s!
